Mr. Rajmal Ratanlal Jain
A pioneering figure in the Middle East's jewellery landscape since 1968, Mr. Rajmal Ratanlal Jain built the foundation on which everything we do today stands. His philosophy was simple and uncompromising: quality that speaks for itself, and relationships built on absolute trust.
Over five decades, that philosophy grew a single trading name into a diamond house respected across the region — steeped in tradition, yet always propelled by innovation.

An engineer by profession and an expert grader of both rough and polished diamonds, Mr. Sanjeev Rajmal Jain leads Ratan Sajan Diamonds DMCC with a rare combination of technical precision and generational gemological instinct.
Under his guidance, the company developed one of the industry's most innovative and foolproof diamond grading systems — documenting every aspect of each stone so thoroughly that clients around the world confidently confirm orders without ever needing to view the diamond in person.
He remains deeply integrated in the daily business: from sourcing rough at origin to approving every certified stone that carries the Ratan Sajan name.

2003Ratan Sajan Diamonds in Dubai
The company establishes its Dubai presence, growing into offices at the historic Gold Souk in Deira and Almas Tower — home of the Dubai Diamond Exchange.
